⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• The restaurant does not operate as a dedicated gluten-free facility, so there is an inherent risk of cross-contact in general kitchen operations.
• Positive examples exist where orders are taken by a manager and foods are flagged as GF and delivered separately, which helps mitigate risk. Still, there are at least some reports suggesting that cross-contamination can occur if proper checks aren’t followed.
• To maximize safety, expect to request the manager to oversee your order or to confirm that your GF items are prepared in a manner that minimizes cross-contact, and rely on allergen flags for clarity.
