⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• Cross-contact remains a real consideration, especially where open containers or shared utensils are used along the assembly line.
• While many staff members do change gloves and use separate containers when alerted to a gluten allergy, there are reports of occasional lapses or moments when gluten-containing items (like bread/croutons) appear in the same vicinity.
• The location is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, which inherently increases the need for careful, proactive communication and oversight from staff.
