⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• The restaurant is not a dedicated gluten-free facility. While many orders are prepared with explicit allergy protocols (glove changes, dedicated surfaces, separate bags, and allergy alerts), there is still some potential for cross-contact, especially during busy periods.
• Fries are typically the only item cooked in the fryers, which helps reduce cross-contact risk for GF burgers, but toppings, sauces, or other add-ins could introduce gluten if not managed carefully.
• A few diners have reported mix-ups or less-than-ideal experiences when staff were less attentive or during peak times; these are not the norm, but they underline the importance of clearly stating an allergy order and watching the handoffs on the line.
