⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• The restaurant is not a dedicated gluten-free facility. While many guests report safe experiences, the potential for cross-contact exists if orders aren’t clearly labeled or if procedures aren’t followed.
• There are occasional negative reports where a GF order did not go as planned or the kitchen did not fully implement GF precautions. These are relatively rare compared to the volume of positive experiences but they exist.
• Texas Twang is repeatedly identified as not GF; some sauces may contain gluten depending on the batch or location, so it’s important to confirm sauce safety at the counter.
• For takeout, verify that the GF order is called out to the kitchen, and request fresh gloves, wiped surfaces, and separate containers as needed.
