⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• The restaurant is not described as a dedicated gluten-free facility, which means cross-contamination between gluten-containing and gluten-free dishes is a concern.
• There are accounts of successful gluten-free adaptations and separate fryers for fries, but there is also at least one recent instance where gluten was reported in a dish (rice), despite assurances.
