• There is no dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Dishes are prepared-to-order, but shared cooking and preparation areas mean cross-contact with gluten is possible.
• The restaurant provides gluten-friendly education to employees and has a protocol for each gluten-friendly order, including hand washing, glove changes, and using clean cooking equipment and utensils, plus special ordering instructions.
• Items are described as gluten-friendly and not certified gluten-free; there is no gluten-free certification for menu items.
• While steps are taken to reduce risk, the lack of a dedicated GF facility and lack of certification mean cross-contact risk cannot be fully eliminated.
