• Not a dedicated gluten-free facility, so there isn’t a formal, all-the-time gluten-free environment.
• Toppings are a potential cross-contact point; however, there are reports of staff retrieving toppings from the back to avoid contamination and of a staff member handling toppings to limit cc.
• Flavors and toppings are generally labeled with allergens, which helps with safer selection, but the self-serve nature of toppings can still carry risk.
