• Not a dedicated gluten-free facility, so there is inherent cross-contact risk potential, especially if staff forget to signal an allergy or if buns are cooked nearby.
• Cross-contact can occur with toppings or condiments unless glove changes, surface cleaning, and separate prep are strictly observed for the allergy order.
• While many diners report excellent outcomes, isolated negative experiences exist where precautions weren’t followed or where communications broke down. This underscores the importance of clearly informing staff about an allergy and watching the preparation process when possible.
• Peanuts are sometimes present in the dining area and, in some locations, peanut oil is used for frying. This is a separate concern for peanut allergies, not just gluten, and should be considered if you have multiple allergies.
