• The facility is not labeled as dedicated gluten-free, so there is an inherent cross-contamination risk when shared equipment or toppings are used across orders.
• However, the vast majority of recent experiences describe rigorous safety practices: gloves changes, separate prep spaces or stations, dedicated utensils/knives, parchment-paper barriers, and ingredients drawn from back stock to minimize contact with gluten-containing products.
• A few isolated negative experiences exist in the broader dataset, but they are outliers relative to the volume of positive reports.
• If you have very high sensitivity, you may prefer to confirm the exact steps taken for your order (e.g., whether the sub will be prepared entirely in a back area, which utensils will be used, and which condiments will be in separate containers or squeeze bottles).
