⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• There is acknowledgement that all pizzas in the restaurant may be cooked in the same oven, which is a known cross-contamination risk for some people with celiac disease.
• However, there are consistent reports of proactive precautions: staff asking about allergy, changing gloves, pulling ingredients from back to avoid contamination, using new pans or dedicated utensils for GF orders, and taking care with how toppings are handled.
• The breadth of recent positive experiences suggests that, when ordering in person and communicating clearly about celiac needs, many guests have successfully navigated the ordering process with minimal or no issues. Yet the risk cannot be dismissed given shared ovens and some online-order notes.
