⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• Not a dedicated gluten-free facility, so there is an inherent cross-contamination risk if gluten-containing items are prepared in shared spaces.
• There are individual reports describing cross-contamination risks related to grilling bread on the same grill as meats; in one instance, staff were alerted and responded by cleaning the grill and avoiding bread-toasting for the rest of the order, and gloves/tongs were swapped when requested.
• A sourdough item is listed on the dinner menu, indicating bread is present in at least some preparations, which can contribute to cross-contamination risk if not carefully managed.
• Despite these risks, multiple guests report that most of the menu can be made gluten-free and that staff are generally knowledgeable and accommodating.
