• Dekxels is not a dedicated gluten-free facility. While staff are described as knowledgeable about cross-contamination and can adapt dishes, there remains inherent risk without a dedicated GF setup.
• A color-coded gluten-free grid and an allergen-aware approach have been highlighted by guests, which is a positive safety signal, but you should confirm current practices with the staff on the day of your visit.
• As with any non-dedicated GF venue, it’s prudent to communicate your needs clearly, confirm ingredient lists, and consider confirming cross-contamination controls before ordering.
