• Fryer safety is location- and time-dependent. Some guests report chips being cooked in a dedicated fryer, others report shared fryers. Verify fryer status at the moment of ordering.
• While staff may mark orders for gluten allergies and adjust gloves/surfaces, absolute risk cannot be ruled out, especially for fried items and components that aren’t explicitly labeled gluten-free on arrival.
• Always review the gluten-conscious menu, specify corn tortillas when possible, and consider avoiding fried sides if there’s any doubt about fryer cross-contact.
