⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• Contento is not a dedicated gluten-free facility. While guests consistently report strong GF handling and staff awareness, the absence of a dedicated GF kitchen means cross-contamination risk remains a consideration for some items.
• Some dishes have been noted as not GF (e.g., certain fried items). A guest described that a fried fish taco had gluten, and another review noted churros and coconut shrimp as not GF at posting. Conversely, there are reports of many items being GF by default or easily made GF, and separate fryer use for chips helps reduce risk for those chips.
• The overall impression is that most of the menu can be made GF with careful ordering and dish-specific confirmation.
