⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• The restaurant is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, which automatically introduces cross-contamination risk.
• There are reports that the fries may be fried in flour and that there is no dedicated fryer for gluten-free items.
• While some staff are described as knowledgeable about gluten restrictions, the lack of a dedicated fryer and the absence of a GF-only facility mean there is still non-zero risk for people with celiac disease.
• Guests with celiac disease should have a clear conversation with the server about specific dishes and how they’re prepared, and verify the current kitchen practices on the day of visit.
