• The facility is not dedicated gluten-free.
• Safety precautions for cross-contamination exist in practice (staff readiness, GF items clearly marked), and at least some items (like fries) may be prepared in a dedicated fryer per a recent diner report. However, there isn’t a guarantee that all menu items are prepared in a strictly gluten-free environment.
• Given the above, there is a non-zero risk of cross-contamination for some menu items, despite overall positive signals.
