⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• Not a dedicated gluten-free facility, which inherently raises cross-contact concerns.
• There have been notes about cross-contamination risks with items baked in an attached bakery (cookies, etc.), although staff have shown awareness and have been involved in safety steps such as cleaning grills and using parchment paper for GF sandwiches.
• GF items exist (bread, desserts) and are kept in areas described as wrapped/clearly marked, but sharing prep areas or equipment with gluten-containing items could pose a risk depending on the preparation method.
