⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• There is not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so a non-zero cross-contamination risk remains, especially with bread products or items not explicitly marked gf.
• Some items have been reported as not GF in certain accounts (e.g., pulled pork, creamed corn, chili stew). Verifying per-item prep at the time of order is prudent.
• Cross-contact precautions (glove changes, new cutting boards, separate prep for gf orders, labeled sauces) appear to be actively practiced in many recent experiences, though consistency cannot be guaranteed across every visit.
