⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• The majority of evidence points to strong cross-contamination precautions given the dedicated gluten-free setup. However, there is at least one older customer note mentioning that certain items (seaweed salad, miso soup) were not gluten-free at times, and questions about menu variety were raised in some feedback.
• Because experiences can vary by server and day, it’s wise to confirm any item’s gluten-free status with staff when ordering, even in a dedicated GF venue.
