• The restaurant is not described as a dedicated gluten-free facility, so there is inherent cross-contamination risk compared with strictly GF facilities.
• Positive control measures are repeatedly noted: staff reportedly wash hands, the chef prepared GF pizza separately, and fresh packaging materials were used in some instances. In at least one account, a pizza was baked in a special container to reduce cross-contact.
• Diners have also described staff advising caution around bread on salads to avoid contaminating GF dishes, indicating some awareness and proactive communication regarding cross-contamination.
