• While many recent experiences describe thorough precautions (glove changes, separate prep, allergy labeling, dedicated fryers for fries, and visible communication to the line), there are isolated reports of missteps or inconsistent application. This underscores that while safety signals are strong, there is still non-zero variability depending on staff and the moment of service.
• Peanut oil in fries is noted in many accounts; this is safe for gluten concerns but may be a consideration for peanut allergies. The fries are generally the only item routinely noted as being fried in their own fryer.
