• Cross-contamination is a real consideration. While many guests report safe experiences, there are documented instances of gluten exposure or gluten-related illness after dining, including notes from reviewers stating they were glutened or had adverse reactions despite ordering GF options.
• The restaurant is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, so there is inherent risk when gluten-containing items are prepared in the same general kitchen space. Clear communication, noting allergies, and asking about prep practices (glove changes, separate utensils, etc.) are important.
• Given the frequency of positive experiences and the variety of GF options, the odds of a safe meal can be high when precautions are followed, but cannot be guaranteed in every case.
