• The location is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, which means cross-contamination is a theoretical risk if precautions aren’t followed precisely.
• Positive experiences consistently cite visible, proactive measures: glove changes, surface wiping, and clear communication to kitchen staff when a GF order is placed.
• There are occasional negative reports where cross-contact occurred or accuracy of GF labeling seemed imperfect. These are far less common than the many strong, recent positives, but they do indicate that vigilance remains important, especially during busy periods or with multiple allergies.
