• Cross-contamination risk can still be present if staff are not consistent or if an order is placed during a particularly busy period; some reports note variability across different visits or staff members.
• To maximize safety, communicate clearly that you have a celiac condition or a severe gluten allergy, request GF prep in the back when possible, and confirm gloves, knives, and surfaces have been freshly prepared for your order.
