⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• The kitchen is not described as a dedicated gluten-free facility, and official allergen guidance notes that while precautions are taken, full elimination of gluten traces cannot be guaranteed.
• Many menu items (notably buns, wings, and sauces) may contain gluten or be prepared in a way that risks cross-contamination; even some gluten-free-styled items may rely on specific ingredients or preparations that aren’t universally gluten-free.
• A kid’s dessert note highlighted a potential pitfall with GF labeling on toppings (sprinkles) and underscored the importance of explicit confirmation with the server.
• Cross-contamination precautions exist in practice (e.g., separate fryer in some accounts), but this is not guaranteed across all meals or visits.
