⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• The facility is not dedicated gluten-free. While there are strong safety practices documented (see below), the absence of a dedicated GF facility means cross-contamination risk cannot be ruled out entirely.
• There is at least one report from about a year ago describing a gluten-containing topping being used on a gluten-free pizza, which led to concerns about cross-contamination. This highlights that even with precautions, mistakes can occur.
• On the positive side, there is robust documentation of gluten-free safety procedures, including staff training, audits, dedicated GF handling practices (separate trays, GF base sauce, GF gloves, GF utensils, and GF boxed pizzas with a GF sticker), and the ability to prepare most pizzas gluten-free when requested.
