⚠️ Risks & cross-contamination

• Not a dedicated gluten-free facility, so cross-contamination risk exists in principle.
• Fries and other fried items are cooked in a shared fryer, which was a point of caution for some guests.
• Despite these risks, many recent diners reported that staff asked about allergies, used clean gloves, and prepared GF dishes with care, and several meals were enjoyed without adverse symptoms when they followed GF guidelines and asked to confirm kitchen practices.
