• The gluten-free crusts are prepared off-site in a gluten-free kitchen but are topped and cooked in kitchens that also handle gluten-containing products.
• The kitchen generally uses the same ovens for GF and non-GF pizzas, introducing cross-contamination risk.
• Official pages explicitly do not recommend Pieology gluten-free pizzas for guests with celiac disease due to cross-contact potential.
• Some reviews describe staff taking precautions (glove changes, separate utensils, dedicated GF pizza cutter, etc.), but experiences vary by location and shift.
• Cauliflower crust is gluten-free but contains dairy and eggs and is prepared in a shared environment, so cross-contamination is still a consideration.
