• Not all locations are described as dedicated gluten-free facilities, and the Snellville location’s basic designation is not “dedicated facility.” That means cross-contact risk depends on how strictly the staff adheres to gluten-free protocols on any given day.
• Some diners report that salads, wings, or non-GF pizza ingredients could involve shared prep surfaces or ovens, increasing CC risk unless a certified GF workflow is used.
• There are numerous positive reports where staff communicated clearly and followed procedures (gloves, separate prep spaces, dedicated ovens for GF pizzas), but there are also occasional negative experiences where customers felt cross-contact risk was not adequately mitigated.
